Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on: contract performance (service provision), your consent (marketing notifications), our legitimate interests (security, service improvement), and our legal obligations (billing data retention).

Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for the duration of your contract, then 3 years after termination. Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations. Energy consumption data is retained for 2 years. You can request early deletion of your data through your personal space.

Stripe (Ireland) — Online payment processing
OVHcloud (France) — Server and data hosting
GREEN-API (Russia) — WhatsApp notification delivery
