  • Connection data: IP address, login logs, device used
  • Energy consumption data: meter readings, consumption history
  • Financial data: payment transactions (processed by Stripe), billing history
  • Property data: property addresses, equipment configuration

  • User account management and authentication
  • Provision of the prepaid energy management service
  • Payment processing and billing
  • Sending notifications (consumption alerts, load shedding, top-ups)
  • Service improvement and technical support

Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on: contract performance (service provision), your consent (marketing notifications), our legitimate interests (security, service improvement), and our legal obligations (billing data retention).

Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for the duration of your contract, then 3 years after termination. Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations. Energy consumption data is retained for 2 years. You can request early deletion of your data through your personal space.

We use the following subprocessors for data processing:

  • Stripe (Ireland) — Online payment processing
  • OVHcloud (France) — Server and data hosting
  • GREEN-API (Russia) — WhatsApp notification delivery
