Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Powtiva platform, a prepaid energy management service for owners and managers of furnished rentals. By creating an account, you accept these terms without reservation.

Registration

Registration is open to any individual or legal entity operating furnished rental properties. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Service Description

Powtiva provides a SaaS platform enabling: real-time energy consumption monitoring, prepaid account management for tenants, automatic load shedding of comfort circuits, billing and payment processing, and automatic notifications to owners and tenants.

User Obligations

By using Powtiva, you agree to:

Have equipment installed by a qualified electrician, in compliance with applicable electrical standards
Not use the service for illegal purposes
Respect tenant rights, in particular by keeping essential circuits (lighting, outlets, refrigerator) always powered
Inform your tenants about the prepaid system before their arrival

Pricing

Using Powtiva requires a monthly subscription, the amount of which varies according to the chosen plan. Prices are displayed including tax on our pricing page. The subscription is automatically renewed each month. Any started month is due. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your personal space. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Data will be retained for 3 years after termination, unless early deletion is requested. Powtiva reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of non-compliance with these terms.

Liability

Powtiva makes every effort to ensure the availability and reliability of the service. However, Powtiva cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions related to maintenance, equipment malfunctions at the client's premises, indirect damages resulting from use of the service, or data loss due to force majeure.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the Powtiva platform (software, design, brand, content) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
